Provision of Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Security Equipment of UNAKRT

The United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials (hereinafter referred to as “UNAKRT”), on behalf
of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (hereinafter referred to as “ECCC”), located in
Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified contractors to provide regular
maintenance and emergency repair services for security equipment, as and when required, on a long term
basis.
The retained provider will be responsible for:
1. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for X- Ray Machines
2. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Electronic Access Control
System
3. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Bosch Fire Alarm System at
the Court and related areas
4. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for the Fire Suppression System
5. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for the CCTV System
Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Public Address System
7. Provision of Regular Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Fire Alarm System at the
Administrative Building
Companies that wish to participate in the upcoming tender are requested to submit their Expression of
Interest (EOI) as per below instructions, via fax or e-mail to the address indicated above, and to duly
register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).
Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation.
UNAKRT reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or
solicitation process.

Responding to this request
1. Companies interested in being considered for invitation to the tenders must submit a written Expression
of Interest along with copies of business registrations/licenses, as applicable, and a brief company profile
with past experience in similar projects.
2. Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full. UNAKRT reserves the right to reject Expressions of
Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stipulated deadline.
NOTE : Your response must be submitted not later than 17:00 pm Cambodia Time (US) on the stated
deadline date, via (a) email as a PDF attachment to unakrt_procurement@un.org, (Attention: UNAKRT
Procurement Unit).
